The DSPLab’s research focuses primarily on signal processing and multimedia context awareness in the Internet of Things. 

Current research topics span a broad range of IoT applications, including eHealth and telemedicine, infrastructure monitoring, target detection and tracking, crowd monitoring, and smart mobility.
